This looks like typical Battle Royal fare. Of note, Viscera is involved. Spaking of Big Vis, he sends Hurricane to the apron early, but can't dump him. Hurricane heads up from the apron and tries a crsos body on Big Vis, but Vis blocks it and throws him into a bunch of people. This proves to be one stupid move, as everyone gangs up on Vis. Hurricane stupidly leads the charge and almost eliminates himself, but the gang dumps Vis at 1:39. Tajiri tosses Rhyno at (2:00). Tomko is gone at (2:08) and we don't see who dumped him. Flair and Benoit beat each other with chops. Maven backdrops Grenier to the apron and engages in a slugfest with him, then dropkicks him out - Maven eliminates Grenier at (3:29). Eugene dumps Maven at 3:33. Maven can't believe it. We take an Ad Break at (3:46).

Backstage, Shelton Benjamin and Maven talk. Maven complains about blowing his second straight shot at the world title. Eugene wants help putting his tag title belt on. Maven says that he's stupid to expect help from someone he eliminated. Maven is not happy about having nothing to show for all that he's done in the past four years, and insinuates that Eugene doesn't even know how to spell title. [Eugene promptly does.] Shelton steps in between Maven and Eugene. William Regal walks in to convince Maven to sit back down and take his knee pads off as a sign of surrender.

Later in the night, Eugene and Regal would defend their belts against La Resistance. Post-match, Maven runs in on Eugene's weekly victory celebration and slams him into the ring steps! And Maven heads up and leaves. Regal looks over Eugene alongside Referee Jack Doan as we head to another...
