Eugene & William Regal beat La Resistance to retain the World Tag Team
titles. La Resistance got some excellent anti-American heat, and Eugene
and Regal were super over. Regal's moves and selling were such that my
friend with me called them "elegant". Maven came out and jumped Eugene,
but Regal still scored the pin. Maven was rewarded with a stunner after
the match. The crowd really hated Maven, and he was excellent in his
role and bumped like crazy. I'm willing to put money on a heel Maven
getting over.
