Released WWE Superstars Respond on WWE.com Written by: Michael 07/10/05
Currently on WWE.com, four of the 17 released superstars have been reached to comment on their departure from World Wrestling Entertainment. Fellow Tough Enough alumni Matt Morgan says "“I saw the first list of guys let go and my heart just went out to them,” Morgan said in an exclusive WWE.com interview. “Still, you’re happy it’s not you. Then the second day you get the call.” He continues, “Wrestling is still my top priority,” Morgan said. “I will look at my options, whether that means wrestling in Japan, Germany, anywhere overseas. Sometimes you have to take a step back to go forward..." Jackie Gayda and Charlie Haas, along with Billy Kidman have also responded to their recent departure from WWE.
